CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chili pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 c. raw rice
1 raw egg
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 med. cabbage, chopped

Mix everything together raw. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

Use 2 pounds ground meat and a whole medium cabbage to make a larger dish.
