COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1 c. oil (Crisco, Wesson, etc.)
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar

Grease and flour tube pan. Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add eggs. In separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Put half the batter in grease tube pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon and brown sugar mix over the batter in pan, cut into swirl. Add remaining batter. Sprinkler remaining cinnamon mixture on top, cut into swirl.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
