PINEAPPLE ICE BOX CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

ICING:

1 sm. can condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degree for 25 to 30 minutes. For icing, mix milk, sugar, and butter together in a small saucepan and cook until thick (about 8 to 10 minutes). Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut. Spread warm icing on cake. Can freeze or keep in refrigerator.
