PINK LOZENGER CAKE 
1/2 to 1 lb. Lozengers
1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. butter
10x sugar

Melt Lozengers in milk overnight (use 2 tablespoons for icing flavor and liquid). Mix butter and sugar; add eggs. Then vanilla and beat until mixed well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with Lozenger-milk mixture. Pour into greased 3 cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

ICING:

Use the 2 tablespoons Lozenger-milk mixture, 1 tablespoon butter and mix with 10x sugar until consistency for icing cake. Icing cake as soon as cooked.
