PUMPKIN-OATMEAL DROPS 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. quick dry oats
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat, then add pumpkin and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add, stirring well. Add oats, coconut and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
