2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. peanut butter

Mix sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in saucepan. Boil 1 minute 15 seconds. Remove from heat, add oatmeal and peanut butter. Drop on wax paper. Do this quickly or cookies will harden in pan and will be hard to drop. Depending on the size of cookies, this will yield 2 dozen or more.
