MELON FRUIT CUP 
Juice of 1 lg. lemon
1 tbsp. honey
2 med. oranges, sectioned
1 1/2 c. diced cantaloupe
1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes or other grapes cut in half and seeds removed
Fresh mint leaves, optional

Mix the lemon juice and honey until blended. Add fruit and toss gently until fruit is well coated with lemon juice mixture. Chill well. Serve garnished with mint leaves, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
