APPLE PIE FOR DIABETICS 
4 c. sliced apples
1 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
2 tsp. cornstarch or tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar Twin

Mix concentrate, thickener, spices and sugar Twin. Pour over apples that are sliced and coat well. Pour filling into crust lined pie pan. Top with remaining crust. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden and apples tender. One pie makes 8 servings one serving equals 200 calories.
