OVEN PANCAKES WITH SAUSAGE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. brown & serve link sausages
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausages in skillet; drain on paper towels. Set aside. Beat eggs with milk in bowl. Add shortening and dry ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch round cake pans. Arrange sausages spoke-fashion in pans. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with butter and syrup or fruit. (Cut these pancakes into wedges for easy serving.)
