OVEN-BAKED PANCAKES WITH SAUSAGE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted shortening or oil
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. precooked sausage links

Beat eggs; add milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; beat until smooth. Brush two 8 inch round cake pans with the oil. Divide the batter between the two pans. Arrange sausages on batter, spoke fashion. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cut into wedges; serve with syrup or powdered sugar. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
