EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
4-6 chicken breasts (deboned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
Vegetable of choice:
Green beans, 2 cans,
Broccoli, 2 pkgs., or
Asparagus, 2 pkgs.

Layer vegetable in bottom of 11x8 pan, cover with chicken. Crumble cheese over top of chicken. Mix milk, chicken soup and mushrooms. Salt and pepper. Bake 350, 45-50 minutes. Top with onion rings. Bake 5 minutes more. Serve over a bed of rice. May use turkey. 4-6 servings.
