EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. boned chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1 sm. can Durkee French Fried Onion Rings

Place chicken and mushroom soup in a casserole. Add 3/4 can of onion rings. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350. Remove cover. Add rest of onion rings and put back in oven just to brown top.

Haven't made this is a long time but I remember and now that I'm back to work I remember what a big success this was to my family. All ready to go in the oven, planning on adding another can of soup for extra's for my lunch tomorrow.
