LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. tomatoes, drained
1/4 c. minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles 30 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Brown meat and garlic in salad oil. Stir in sauce and tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until thickened. Fill 3 quart casserole by alternating layers of noodles, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
