3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. ricotta cheese (part skim)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 pkg. Equal
2 bananas
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix flour and butter; mix and press into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. Mix cheese, vanilla, and Equal; spread on crust. Slice bananas over this, then pudding. 1/4 equals 1 serving.
