CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
2 lg. potatoes, sliced 2 or 3 carrots, sliced 1 (No. 2) can peas, drained (save juice) 3 onions, sliced 2 stalks celery 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned Place all ingredients (in order) in the crock pot. Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 soup can of liquid (use pea juice). Cover and cook on low for 6 or 8 hours. Stir occasionally. |
