CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 oranges, sections
2 bananas, sliced
2 apples, cubed
1/2 lb. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. whipped cream

Drain pineapple, reserve juice; set aside. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Combine with next 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan, mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dressing is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat and cool completely.

Combine pineapple and remaining fruit in large bowl. Add whipped cream to dressing mixture and fold into fruit. Chill. 8-10 servings.
