CRISPY FISH STICKS 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 lbs. grouper or other firm whitefish fillets, cut into 1 inch wide strips
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine mayonnaise, water, juice, and rind in a shallow bowl; stir well. Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture, and dredge in bread crumbs. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until outside is crispy and browned. Serve with reduced-calorie chili sauce.
