ITALIAN SALAD 
1 lb. shell macaroni
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. pepperoni
3 green peppers
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 stalks celery
2 tomatoes

Cook macaroni and drain. Chop all other ingredients and add to macaroni. Toss lightly with dressing and refrigerate.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
