SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. scallops
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 chopped green pepper
2 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1 sm. carton whipping cream
Italian bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Parboil scallops. Place scallops in casserole. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Saute green pepper, celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Place on top of cheese. Cover with Italian bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 carton whipping cream (pour slowly). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until brown.
