1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

After mixing above ingredients, pour into a greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Spread topping over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut, shredded

Combine in a pan. Cook until butter is melted and mixed well. spread on batter.
