2 c. bananas or carrots
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 sm. can pineapple and juice
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
