ALL IN A ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
Green pepper to taste
3 tbsp. parsley
1 beaten egg
1-2 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
Vienna Bread
1 clove minced garlic or powdered garlic

Brown beef, onions and green pepper. Cut small end of Vienna bread, hollow out center. Mix crumbs with meat and remaining ingredients. Add more water if necessary to keep moist. Fill roll placing sliced hard boiled eggs on top of beef mixture. Secure end in place with toothpicks.

Melt butter and mix with garlic and brush over bread. Heat on baking sheet for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Optional.
