CHAD'S LAZY DAY BEEF BRACCIOLA | |
Comes out tender and a great meal for one of those lazy lay around winter days! 1 3/4 lb. top round steaks or large minute steaks sliced thin (about 6 slices) minced garlic or garlic powder 1 large or 2 medium onions 2 medium green peppers 1 bag shredded three cheese blend (use as desired) meat cutter twine 1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice) Lay flat slices of top round steak or minute steak. Spread minced garlic on the slices or sprinkle with garlic powder. If using minced garlic a little will do. Chop fine onions and peppers and mix in a large bowl. Spread pepper and onion mixture on top round or minute steak slices. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese on after pepper and onion mix. Roll up keeping as much cheese, pepper, and onion in. Tie middle, and two ends with butcher twine. Put sauce in a medium pot on burner on medium. Add bracciola to the sauce. Add remaining pepper and onion and garlic to the sauce. Cover and simmer for an hour. Submitted by: Chad Green |
