WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
Sm. amount of green pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Slivered almonds or bread crumbs (optional)

Cook rice according to package directions. Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper. Drain. Add beef to rice. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with slivered almonds or bread crumbs, if desired.
