BRUNCH EGGS 
Greased muffin tins
12 slices Polish ham
12 eggs
8 tbsp. Half & Half
Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
3 tbsp. sherry
Grated Swiss cheese

Line greased muffin tins with a thin slice of ham folded in half.

Drop egg in each tin.

Combine in a small bowl: 8 tablespoons Half & Half, Worcestershire, pepper and sherry.

Place 1 tablespoon Half & Half mixture on top of each egg.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes until egg whites are set. Top with grated cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
