APPLE STREUSEL PIE 
3 c. sliced apples
1/2 t. cinnamon

Place apples in unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Cream sugar, eggs and butter for 2 minutes. Add salt, vanilla and cream cheese. Blend just until smooth. Pour over apples.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans

Mix together and spread on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
