STREUSEL APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. butterscotch dessert mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 lbs. tart cooking apples, peeled & sliced (6-7 c.)

SINGLE CRUST UNBAKED OIL PASTRY:

3 tbsp. butter, melted or cooking oil
1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan; heat to boiling; cook 3 to 5 minutes until bubbly and thickened. Add apples and pour into pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and stir until crumbly. Crumble over top of apples, covering top evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Serve with vanilla ice milk, if desired.
