KOREAN RIBS | |
5 lbs. ribs (pork or beef) 1 (8 oz.) bottle sesame oil 1/2 bottle sesame seeds 1 sm. bunch green onions (chopped) 1 oz. bottle teriyaki sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar Cut ribs into single ribs and marinate in above ingredients overnight. Broil on grill by making container out of foil to hold marinade juice and first simmer ribs over coals for about 45 minutes. Then poke holes in bottom of foil so juice will smoke with grill hood closed. Continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes longer. |
