KOREAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up & skinned
Salt & pepper
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. butter
Steamed Chinese cabbage
Rice, cooked

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Mix egg yolk, honey, garlic and soy sauce. Soak chicken in mixture for 2 hours. Place in covered baking dish and dot generously with butter. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with rice and steamed Chinese cabbage. Serves 4.
