CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI WITH RICE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
broccoli, steamed

Cook rice in water. Fry chicken breast in oil until lightly browned. Bring soup and milk to boil. Add broccoli and chicken to soup mixture. Spoon over rice.
