CURRY BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 tsp. curry
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
4 green onions, chopped (optional)
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 boxes herb wild rice (or white rice)

1. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Line bottom of pan with cooked rice

3. Cut up broccoli and put on top of rice.

4. Cube cooked chicken and mix together with sour cream, soup, curry and onion.

5. Pour over the top of broccoli.

6. Top with cheese.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
