CHICKEN - RICE BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
3 lb. chicken, cooked & boned
2 to 3 c. cooked rice
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder

TOPPING:

1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place chicken on bottom, cooked rice then broccoli on top. Pour soup and broth mixture, mixed with curry powder on top. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumb topping over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
