CHICKEN ROLL - UPS 
4 to 6 chicken cutlets, pounded thin
1 lb. asparagus, slightly steamed
4 to 6 oz. of your favorite shredded cheese
Garlic powder
Rosemary
Paprika

Lay out chicken; sprinkle with garlic powder, and rosemary. Place 2 to 3 asparagus stalks in the center of each and sprinkle about 1 ounce of cheese on top. Roll up - you can keep them closed with toothpicks. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
