CHICKEN STEW KOREAN STYLE 
2 lbs. chicken of your choice (remove excess fat)
4 lg. potatoes, cut in 1/4
2 med. size onions, cut in 1/4
4-6 carrots, cut into 2-3 inch size
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Season-All

Put the chicken in a large saucepan. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Sprinkle garlic powder and Season-All. Pour over soy sauce and water. Cover and bring to a boil then simmer 30-40 minutes. Stir 2-3 times. Makes 4 servings.
