KEY LIME PIE 
4 egg yolks
2/3 c. lime juice
3 c. sweetened condensed milk

Mix egg yolk, lime juice and condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Pour into pre-baked pie shell (recipe of your choice or frozen prepared crust from your local supermarket frozen food section). Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool pie in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Then top with whipped cream and decorate with slices of fresh lime. Yield: one 9 inch pie.
