KEY LIME PIE 
Juice of 2 limes
1 can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened, condensed)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Grated lime rind
Few drops green food coloring
Cooked 8 or 9-inch pie shell

Beat lime juice and condensed milk together. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into cooked pie shell. Grate semi-sweet chocolate over the top of pie. Serve with whipped cream.
