VEGETABLE/CHEESE BAKE 
1/2 (8 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
1/2 (8 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese (can substitute Mozzarella and Cheddar)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Thaw and drain vegetables. Mix in half of cheeses, sour cream, soup, and half of onions, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread into 9x13 inch pan. (OPTIONAL: Spray pan with Pam first.) Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
