EASY ROLLS
2 2/3 c. warm water or warm potato water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
6 1/2 c. flour

Put all ingredients, except only 1/2 of the flour, in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add rest of the flour until a nice soft dough is formed, no kneading is necessary. Place in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk (1 - 1 1/2 hours). Punch down and roll out. Cut in your favorite shape. Place on a greased pan and let rise until double. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Brush with butter when done.

This recipe can be converted to cinnamon rolls by rolling, then spreading with butter, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up, jelly roll style, cut and then place on a sheet for second rising and baking.
