KID'S FAVORITE GOULASH 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
2 cans pinto beans
1 can Rotel minced tomatoes and chilies
2 tbsp. cornstarch to thicken
Cooked rice or noodles

Brown sausage, drain. Add pinto beans and Rotel tomatoes. Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water, and stir into sausage, bean mixture. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice or noodles.
