EASY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
Grated sharp cheese
1 can tomatoes
1 c. cooked rice
Cooking oil (greased pan)

Cook beef in oil until brown. Cook tomatoes and onions until onions are tender. Mix beef and tomatoes/onion mixture and rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in casserole. Cover with sharp cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
