CREAMY LEMON CHEESECAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar Measure 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine reserved mix, 2 eggs and remaining ingredients; beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Cool. |
