1 pkg. lemon pudding in the mix cake mix (reserve 1 c. cake mix)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake mix (minus 1 cup), 1 egg and oil. Press in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan (greased). Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients. and pour over crust and bake 35 minutes longer.
