CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. granulated sugar
2/3 c. melted butter

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature, Philadelphia)
4 whole eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream the above ingredients together in mixer for 15 minutes. Scraping edges of bowl until the mixture is smooth. Cream in mixer for 5 minutes: 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into springform lined pan with graham cracker crust and bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Then, turn oven off, and leave to set in oven for 1 hour to cool. Refrigerate when completely cool. Allow to be room temperature when serving.
