EASY, CREAMY CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pt. sour cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust

Line springform pan with one graham cracker crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat until creamy. Fold in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven for one hour. Refrigerate before cutting.
