CREAMY BAKED CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 or 9 inch) ready made graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
14 oz. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat above ingredients until well mixed. Pour into pie crust (not all the way to the top, leave some room for the rest of the ingredients). Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with 8 ounces sour cream. Spread evenly and bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool 2 to 3 hours and top with 1 (21 ounce) can fruit topping - cherry, blueberry, etc. pie filling.
