BROCCOLI - ITALIAN 
1 head broccoli, without stalk, cut up
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 can anchovies, drained (optional)
1/4 c. cooking sherry (optional)
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Saute onion in oil. Add broccoli pieces, raisins, anchovies, and sherry. Cook until tender. Sprinkle in cheese when cooler, and serve.
