1 lb. ground beef
1-2 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. Heinz 57 steak sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. canned milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Mix ingredients thoroughly and shape into loaf using 8 1/2 x 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
