1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in square baking dish. Bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
