FROZEN FLUFFY STRAWBERRY PIES 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. graham cracker crumb pie crusts
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed or pureed
3 tbsp. Realemon lemon juice
Red food coloring
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Additional fresh strawberries

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in milk. Stir in pureed strawberries, lemon juice and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crusts. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Before serving garnish with additional strawberries. Return leftovers to freezer.
