OPEN FACE HAMBURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 med. onion, diced fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hamburger buns

Mix all ingredients together. Divide hamburger buns, take mixture and spread thinly (1/2 inch thickness) over top of hamburger buns making sure to spread mixture out to the edges. Broil for 3-5 minutes and serve. 10-12 servings.
